Question:Are the Name Badge World magnetic fasteners very strong?
Answer:
Absolutely. Our magnetic fasteners are easy to use and the strongest available on the market. They will even hold through a suit lapel. A special metal plate is secured to the back of the badge and a separate magnetic piece is placed on the inside of the shirt, which enables the badge to remain well positioned. However, the Name Badges with magnetic fasteners are not recommended for people who have cardio heart pacemakers.

Answer:Yes, they are made of metal. The Name Badge World metallic Name Badges are manufactured using a ‘sandwich style’ construction. The printing is done on a thin piece of metal, which is attached to a high strength lightweight plastic material.
No, they are not heavy. The combination of metal and plastic gives a strong lightweight badge that does not pull on clothing.

What is a glazed Name Badge?

A glazed Name Badge is one where an epoxy liquid is used in the manufacturing process, which provides a long lasting UV protective coating. The glaze is also cured in a special machine and therefore the Name Badge remains slightly flexible. The result is that the badge not only looks great but also provides a corporate appearance.

By far the majority of badges we produce have rounded corners, which means that the Name Badge is less likely to catch on clothing. This style is highly recommended.

Do we have to pay a setup charge for every badge order?
Answer:
No. Our setup charge is a once off fee payable to set up your layout and text settings into our system. The only time a new setup charge is levied is if you require a new logo or other specific changes to the size of the badge.
