Name Badge World Terms and Conditions
Delivery Policy – Australian Deliveries
· All of our deliveries are made by Australia Post Express Post or other couriers. Although we do not guarantee a delivery date it is generally accepted that Express Post deliveries are made the day after dispatch*. For your convenience and protection we offer you a replacement guarantee if your goods are lost in transit. This will be done once all reasonable efforts have been made to locate your parcel.
· You will be given a consignment note number for tracking purposes when your goods have been dispatched. Our handling and delivery fees are based on product weight. We can advise you the costs prior to delivery if necessary.
* to post codes defined by the Express Post one day service
International Delivery (outside Australia)
· Currently there is no delivery to places and territories outside of Australia
Billing Currency
· All transactions are billed in Australian (AUD) dollars
Payment Methods
· We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, EFT and Cheques.
· For credit card payments, we take commercially reasonable measures to establish a secure connection with your web browser and our payment system. We also take all appropriate steps to protect any information you share with us. All credit card transactions are made on the ANZ bank site for your protection. We only use credit card numbers to process your payment. We do not retain them for any other purposes.
· Invoices can be paid online using our online payment form. We do not store or have access to your credit card number. You are directed to our Bank secure payment form where you provide your credit card information

Warning
The magnetic backings used on our badges are not suitable for use on people with any form of heart or electronic implant. The magnetic field may interfere with these devices.
The magnetic backing used on the back of the badges may be a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children.
Warranty
Name Badges and Button Badges are covered by our quality warranty for a period of six months from date of delivery. Warranty covers faulty materials or workmanship only. Warranty does not cover equipment, which has been abused or used for any other purpose than it was intended.
Ownership
The ownership of the product does not transfer to you the purchaser until the goods have been paid in full.
Returns
Goods can only be returned under the following circumstances:
· There is faulty materials or workmanship
· Printing/layout is different from the approved artwork. Please note variations in colour due to the printing process are not grounds for return of goods
· Spelling mistakes that have been made by Name Badge World
We are happy to replace returned goods if we have received an email notification from you within five working days of delivery. The email address is sales@namebadgeworld.com.au After receipt of your email, we will send you a confirmation email with details on how and where to return your goods.
Please note:
Any goods that are deemed to be faulty will be replaced in a timely manner. No compensation is payable. The return of the goods to us is at your own cost.
Name Badge World takes no responsibility for badges or parts of badges not used in the manner they were intended.
Privacy
You will be able to navigate our web site while remaining anonymous. We cannot determine any personal information about you unless you provide us with details.
At times, we may need to ask you for information so we can process your order. Any information that you provide to us will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with Name Badge World.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. Name Badge World does not provide any personal or business information, regardless of its source, to any third party. Our only purpose in gathering information is to process your order. We will only send you information at your request.

Layouts /Artwork
The first three layouts/proofs are complimentary. You will be advised of the costs of additional proofs. The setup fee levied is to make your artwork compatible with our printing processes. This is usually a once only cost. If your logo and or design has been set up and saved in our system no further setup costs apply. If you require any changes to the approved/set up artwork, we will advise you of any additional costs.
Our preferred artwork formats are as follows:
· High-resolution files
· Graphic files should be greater than 100K bytes
· Vector file formats accepted include (non pixilated files)

How to forward us your logo/artwork and names/titles
We are happy to receive your information in the following ways.
· Upload via our website
· As an email attachment
· Sent to us on a CD
When sending Name Badge information to us in an excel spreadsheet please use the following format:
· Christian Name (cell 1), Surname (cell 2),Title/Company (cell3)
They need to be listed vertically, with each line of text having its own column i.e. Christian name in column one, Surname in column two and Title/Company in column three. Please save the file as your club/company name. Formatting your name/title requirements in this way will avoid any extra set up costs.
